कडलूर जिलाधिकारी शिबि अधित्य सेन्थिल कुमार ने सोमवार को राष्ट्रीय कृमि मुक्ति दिवस अभियान शुरू किया। 1 से 19 वर्ष की आयु के 6,97,458 बच्चों और 2,23,660 महिलाओं सहित कुल 9.21 लाख बच्चों और महिलाओं को एल्बेंडाजोल की गोलियां वितरित की जाएंगी। गर्भवती और स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाओं को ये गोलियां नहीं दी जाएंगी।
