Noida murder accused held in Bihar over liquor clue

Mahak Ahmed, a woman, was found murdered on the night of August 8 inside a room in the 'Baraula Nest Rental Panorama' building in Noida. NDTV reports that police arrested a suspect from Bihar after tracking him through a trail of five litres of liquor.

The accused had allegedly fled to his home state after the killing. Investigators followed evidence linking the purchase of five litres of alcohol to the suspect, leading them to his location in Bihar, where he was taken into custody.
