NTA releases UGC NET, CSIR NET, ICAR answer keys

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer keys for UGC NET June 2026, CSIR NET, and ICAR AIEEA (PG) and AICE (PhD) 2026 on August 16, 2026. The answer keys are available on the respective official NTA portals. Candidates can check their responses and estimate probable scores before the final results. The objection window will remain open until August 18.

To access the answer key, candidates must visit the relevant NTA website (ugcnet.nta.nic.in for UGC NET, csirnet.nta.nic.in for CSIR NET) and log in with their credentials. NTA has advised candidates to rely only on official communications, as unofficial updates about answer-key dates are circulating. The provisional key is not final; NTA will review objections with subject experts before releasing the final answer key, which will be used for evaluation.

Candidates who find discrepancies can raise objections during the challenge window. The objection process details and fee (Rs 200 per challenge) are provided along with the answer key. NTA urges candidates to regularly check official portals for updates on the final key and results.
