Yash defends Toxic’s intimate scenes on Aap Ki Adalat

Kannada star Yash defended the intimate scenes and adult themes in his upcoming film Toxic during an appearance on India TV's Aap Ki Adalat. Host and Editor-in-Chief Rajat Sharma showed the actor clips from the film and questioned him about scenes that have drawn attention online, including sexual imagery, violence, and language. Yash said those who are uncomfortable with such content should not watch the film, and stressed that Toxic has an A rating and is not meant for children.

The actor attributed the film's portrayal of women's desires to director Geetu Mohandas' belief that women have the right to air their fantasies. Yash also addressed criticism directed at Gen Z, saying the next generation will always be better, adding that Toxic hopes to start conversations relevant to younger audiences. On the subject of previous comments by Aamir Khan and Ranveer Singh, and potential release-date clashes with other major films, Yash gave responses that India TV reported as part of the broader interview. Toxic is scheduled for theatrical release on August 26.
