Record dates set for dividends, bonus issues this week

This week, several Indian companies have record dates for corporate actions including dividends, bonus issues, rights issues and stock splits.

Zen Technologies has set August 21 as the record date for a bonus issue in the ratio of 5:1. Organic Recycling Systems has scheduled August 20 for a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2.

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has fixed August 18 as the record date for a stock split from Rs 2 face value to Re 1. Alan Scott Enterprises has scheduled August 21 as the record date for a rights issue. Dividend record dates this week include Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, Natco Pharma, Sun TV Network, Mahanagar Gas and Jindal Steel, among over 80 companies, as reported by NDTV Profit.
