Commuters seek bus stop, auto stand on Bengaluru-Mysuru Road

Auto drivers reportedly overcharge or refuse to go to certain areas, and parking on footpaths adds to the chaos.

The assistant traffic inspector, Mahadev, said the difficulties are temporary and that introducing a bus stop now could worsen congestion and pose safety risks. He promised to reassess once the flyover work is completed. Commuters, however, note that the junction has lacked basic facilities for years and that the construction has only made things worse.
