Frozen 3 unveils first look, new villain at D23 Expo

Disney has revealed the first glimpse of Frozen 3 at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, showing Anna and Elsa facing a new villain. The teaser clip, which went viral online, depicts Anna and Kristoff on their wedding night as Elsa deciphers a mysterious stone that opens a portal to a dangerous frozen world. A villain with short black hair and a spiked cape is seen walking towards the sisters in the snow, Cinema Express and Times of India report.

Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad will reprise their roles as Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Olaf. The film is confirmed for release on November 24, 2027, continuing the franchise's Thanksgiving tradition, Pinkvilla adds. The first Frozen earned nearly USD 1.3 billion globally, while Frozen 2 collected over USD 1.4 billion.
