તમિલનાડુ પોલીસે સાયબર છેતરપિંડીના નાણાં રૂટ કરતા મ્યૂલ બેંક ખાતાઓ પર 48 કલાકના ઓપરેશનમાં 837 લોકોની ધરપકડ કરી છે. ધ હિન્દુના અહેવાલ મુજબ, 6 ઓગસ્ટના રોજ સાયબર ક્રાઈમ વિંગ દ્વારા શરૂ કરાયેલી આ ડ્રાઈવ તમામ જિલ્લાઓ અને શહેરોમાં ચલાવવામાં આવી હતી. ધરપકડ કરાયેલા લોકોને 601 કેસ સાથે જોડવામાં આવ્યા અને 157 નવી FIR નોંધવામાં આવી.
