उत्तराखंड कैबिनेट ने शुक्रवार को हल्द्वानी के लामाचौर में 38 हेक्टेयर वन भूमि को नए हाईकोर्ट कॉम्प्लेक्स के लिए हस्तांतरित करने की मंजूरी दे दी। वर्तमान नैनीताल में हाईकोर्ट 1900 की धरोहर इमारत में है, जिसका नवीनीकरण संभव नहीं है। लंबित मामले 2000 में 356 से बढ़कर जुलाई 2026 तक 61,859 हो गए हैं।
