ઉત્તરાખંડ કેબિનેટે શુક્રવારે હલ્દ્વાનીના લામાચૌર ખાતે 38 હેક્ટર વન જમીન નવા હાઇકોર્ટ સંકુલ માટે ટ્રાન્સફર કરવાની મંજૂરી આપી. હાલમાં નૈનિતાલમાં હાઇકોર્ટ 1900ની હેરિટેજ ઇમારતમાં છે, જેનું નવીનીકરણ શક્ય નથી. પેન્ડિંગ કેસ 2000માં 356થી વધીને જુલાઈ 2026 સુધીમાં 61,859 થઈ ગયા છે.
