Jamal Adams injures knee in Vikings preseason debut

Veteran linebacker Jamal Adams suffered a knee injury during his first appearance for the Minnesota Vikings in Saturday's preseason game against the New York Giants. Adams went down while covering a receiver on a crossing route, grabbed his knee, and was carted off the field after spending time in the medical tent. He had played 11 defensive snaps before the injury.
