Sohail Khan denies Ozempic use, says stomach bug caused weight loss

Sohail Khan has dismissed rumours that he used weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic after appearing noticeably slimmer on the reality show The Alliance. The actor, who entered as a wildcard contestant, told Hindustan Times that his transformation was the result of a stomach bug he caught during his first week on the show, combined with a strict diet and the exhaustion of the competition. He said he simply needed to control what he ate to keep going and never planned a dramatic weight loss.

Bollywoodlife.com reports that Sohail's brother Salman Khan had earlier revealed on the show that Sohail lost 12 kg during his time there. Addressing online speculation, Sohail stated: 'So no Ozempic, no fat burners, I'm only taking pure and loads of love from everyone.' The actor, aged 55, said he felt claustrophobic at first but stayed for five weeks, supported by fellow contestants whom he now considers family.
