গীটামের ভিশাখাপত্তনম ক্যাম্পাসে বায়োমেডিকেল প্রশিক্ষণ ও গবেষণার জন্য শোয়ান ল্যাবরেটরি খোলা হয়েছে। স্কুল অফ কোর ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং-এর পরিচালক সোমবার এই ল্যাবের উদ্বোধন করেন। এতে ECG, EEG, EMG, গেইট বিশ্লেষণ ও শ্বাসযন্ত্র পরীক্ষার সরঞ্জাম রয়েছে। এই সুবিধাটি B.Tech বায়োমেডিকেল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং শিক্ষার্থীদের সহায়তা করে।
