हिमाचल प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालयाने दारूच्या बाटल्यांवर होलोग्राम न लावल्याच्या एफआयआर रद्द केला. कलम 43 नुसार हे नागरी दंड आहे, कलम 39(1) आणि 39(2) अंतर्गत गुन्हा नाही, असे न्यायमूर्ती संदीप शर्मा यांनी स्पष्ट केले. रु.1 लाख दंड ठोठावण्यात आला.
